Liza Harbison, LMFT

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, which means I am trained to work with individuals, couples, and families from a systemic perspective. I believe that our relationships with loved ones, community, and society have a strong influence on our mental health and should be considered in treatment. These systems shape our world and working on how to change toxic family dynamics or navigate prejudice in the workplace, for example, will have a big impact on your wellbeing.
