Therapist
I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who believes that psychiatric care should feel like a partnership, not an intimidation. I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating the complexities of ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. My goal is to create a validating, collaborative space where you feel truly heard and respected as we work toward your stability and self-understanding.
My clinical background is rooted in academic excellence, having earned my Master of Science in Nursing from the Duke University School of Nursing and my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Coppin State University.
In our sessions, I blend traditional medication management with supportive talk therapy and evidence-based tools like CBT strategies, motivational interviewing, and harm-reduction. Whether you are managing co-occurring mental health and addiction concerns or seeking clarity on a new diagnosis, I am here to help you set meaningful goals at a pace that feels right for you.
