I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing individual therapy to clients. I have experience working in a variety of settings, including school-based, clinical, and mobile treatment therapy with adolescents, transitional age youth, and adults.

My areas of competence include: anxiety, depression, mood disorders, adjustment disorders, self-esteem, interpersonal conflict, and substance use disorders. I employ an integrated therapeutic approach including person centered, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and solution focused therapy.

I have worked extensively in residential and community settings and promote safe, welcoming spaces conducive to self-exploration and positive change. I assist clients with developing and achieving personalized goals through empowerment, promote resilience, and implementing effective coping tools to navigate life’s stressors.
