Svetlana (Lana) Goldberg, PMHNP/CS-BC

My Name is Lana Goldberg and I have been an advance practice psychiatric nurse for 25 years and have worked in many different psychiatric settings throughout my career. I have extensive experience working with clients from different backgrounds including veterans and forensic populations.
I earned my bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Maryland and most recently my Nurse Practitioner Certificate from Drexel University. Working in psychiatry has been extremely rewarding and I enjoy getting to know my clients and being a part of their recovery journey. I believe that recovery from a mental illness is a team effort. Active listening and promoting a respectful relationship is key to a successful partnership.
